Mrs. Lisa Baird

First off, I want to say how lucky I am to be a part of the Penhold Elementary School Team. It is filled with tremendous people, each whom bring something special to the atmosphere of PES!

I have lived in Red Deer for the past 14 years. I moved from Olds, where I grew up to attend Red Deer College in the Education Program. I obtained my Bachelors Degree through the University of Alberta Collaborative program. In the fall of 2018, I finished a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Alberta.

I live with my husband Adam, and our son Hudson on an acreage between Penhold and Red Deer. In the winter we love to ski in the mountains and in the summer we enjoy spending time at our cabin, camping, boating and travelling.

In my spare time, I play volleyball, read and enjoy the outdoors. 

I can't wait to see what the future has in store for us all at Penhold Elementary School!
