On Oct 1, 2021, we were fortunate enough to have Elder John Sinclair come to Penhold Elementary, Jessie Duncan Elementary and Penhold Crossing Secondary School, to lead us in a blessing ceremony for our Indigenous Artwork. All students also took time to honour and recognize those people affect by residential schools.
